Ok first row vadutundi adi telisinde kada migilnave India chines ki vastayi but is that true they don't allocate to Indians until last quarter of fiscal?

But eb1 5k use chesthe eb2 will have 30k plus 25k ( which came from eb1)

Still there are numbers for people who have applied last year in 2022 fiscal plus some additional demand ki kuda space undi 290 is huge huge number

Mundu 290/3 chestadu. Then andulo 7% ante 6700 per eb category for India. Eb2 will be the biggest beneficiary of SO with horizontal and vertical SO.

So eb3 will get only 6700 to start with?? So it's upto them remaining 290/3 close to 80k anukundam after usage they might decide in last quarter etc ?? Is assumption valid @Iriswest

Right bhayya. Row demand teliyakunda they cannot start allocating more than 6700 for eb3 in 1st quarter. Eb2 is on safer side coz eb1 demand will definitely not be 80k. So eb2 will start getting SO by Q2.

Evident from FY21 kada. We started seeing approvals based off of SO in 4th quarter only. FAD kuda attane last quarter lo drastically move chesadu CO. EB2 can land anywhere between end of 2012 to 2013 mid based on EB1  demand.

i heard interfile chesthe officer or mail room has to reneter lot of informaation and most of the times it gets messed up

i think if employer allows buget ki bandwidth unte risk of one more 485  (e process lo kuda slight delaay untadi anta because a number is maped to both 485 and tthey might ask to withdraw one)is better than playing around with existing 485 ani vinikiidi
