Quick question.In FY22 lets say some one became current in EB2 but they filed AOS with EB3 downgrade last year.Under which quota they will get GC-EB2 or EB3?

If you have not applied new 485 or not interfiled 140 you will be still counted as eb3 ani vinna, if u filed one more 485 heard at time of adjudication which ever is picked first and they will ask to revoke other (again some waste) all this heard from telegram and reddy uncle no personal known experience bros

Thanks bro.In fy2022 looks like 2011/2012 folks who downgraded last year will be screwing 2013/2014 folks as they might waste Eb3 numbers if they get GC under EB2

If they get gc in eb2 their number in eb3 is released or not allocated bro so no issues , but the problem is all downgrades considered in both lanes when they are moving the dates
