I saw receipt date for case enquiry for EB3 i-140 is DEC 8,2020 in uuscciss website . So can we imagine all downgrade i-140 before that date approved already.?

I think 60 days but hard to know how long they take. Especially if you are in SRC/LIN.

usps address forwarding doesnt work for govt docs - uscis, dmv cards etc. usps call cheste cheparu. uscis agents ki info undadu. asked to send to new address, leave a note etc, but they cant anta...
