I don’t think EB2 will even reach mid 2012 any time soon. CO clearly stated they already have enough demand and there is no reason for him to move any dates. If you want to get off the hook concurrent file under EB3 and be assured to get at least EAD if not GC. If you are lucky enough you may get GC in EB3 but if you dreaming on EB2 you better get reality check. 1 Quote
