17th pampina they take time to review, if you mail application before Oct 1 USCIS will reject since your date is not current. Medicals take 5 days. So if you attend tomorrow they won’t be ready by 17th. Just try to finish other paperwork needed. Medicals updated form i’m sure USCIS doctor may have so you need vaccination records before you attend medicals
