Yes direct filings. Few got medicals RFE and rest interfiled. Waiting after that.

Based on initial calculations and cross checked intel from various sources, we anticipate that USCIS has utilized about 174k visa numbers, with expected 21k utilized by DOS, the total visa number wastage is expected to be around 67k = 262k-174k-21k. This is assuming the interview ratio is constant for EB and FB respectively, and as we see more approvals without interview, we adjust up EB usage.

 

There could also be database delay for the FY21 approvals. Please wait for the official numbers from the Department of State.

 

Tomorrow's data publishing may be delayed, as we update program to add FY22 data.
