Hello @csrcsr  or any one can suggest regarding H1b extension,  while I-485 is pending 

PD - May 2012 (Eb3)

changed employer and did perm and I-140 with new employer

July 2021 - did concurrent filling (All thing such as I-140, biometrics, medicals) are done, went to great SRC(texas) center

No EAD or AP 

question is if we apply H1b extension based on I-485 , do we get 3 years extension ?

There are many people who got 3 years and very few got 1 year bro (final action date current unte apud apdu 1 year istaru ani talk) I am in same boat as you applied extension in regular process August 25th chesanu so have to see ela avutundo will update if I get approval
