mine is 2013 July 30, I140 rfe submitted and gc EAD approved 

May be I need to wait for 2 or 3 years more

My guess is uscis will spend all its time pre adjudicating  2012, 2013, 2014 applications this year instead of processing pending 2009, 2010, 2011 dates which are already current. And again waste majority of green cards. 

Most inefficient process. If they restart green card interviews expect more wait times.
