unless u have valid reason, like loss of job (if u are using EAD actively)due to delayed processing of EAD .. USCIS will not entertain your expedite request 

w.r.t AP .. again there has to be some valid reason why you need it to be expedited .. naku already AP expedite processing reject chesaru .. oka sari open cheyisthe

I read some where that you can call local field office and request for emergency AP. Itseams they are issuing AP for 1 year if you have valid reason and documentation. Try cheyi..

My attorney has sent those two forms.
G28 is to represent you. 
485J is the interfile request. 
They will send to the new CA address.
