My understanding is if Eb3 and eb2 are from old employer and new employer cannot request for interfile. 

Anyone can apply for 485j as long as the initial application was submitted more than 180 days ago…

Your original file is on eb3 if you file 485j it will be on the same category , unless you mention to shift to eb2, can the new employer say shift to eb2 that belongs to old employer ( notbsure check with attorney)

H1b stamping lolli lekunda AP tho renter avdham anukuntunna..next year h1b renewal undhi so malli extension tho h1 status loki vocheyochu. Vochaka job kuda marudham anukuntunna.. issues emina unnaya e plan lo? Leka aa h1b stamping ke povala malla?

My company filed for i485 in Nov 2020. 

 i-140 employer address is in Boston when I am there in 2011, later moved to Texas 2013 work from home. 

I see 485J employer physical location is my Texas home address.

is that okay or 485J must match with i-140 address?

I got EAD in aug 2021.
