absolutely. there are so many myths around situations after getting GC. You can switch employer next day. You can stop working. You can work as real estate agent. my colleague got GC n EB1. he was in india when his GC was approved, his friend took actual cards to INDIA. he stayed in india for 360 days. He entered US and again got that parole or whatever approved for 2 years.. now he is in india.. Staying only 180 days out side is also not entirely true..

 

Indians impose rules on themselvs with out anyone's force. Like back in those days F1 visa ki dress belt, tuck bongu boshanam ani cheppetollu. I was in Vancouver for H1 stamping 3 times. first time except me all other nationals were in causal dressing including H1 and students.

@viky are you planning to interfile or refile ? Iterfile receipt is taking 5 weeks it seems ? Pros and cons of interfile vs refile other than costs ?

Some refiles are getting but some are going to same centers because of a numbers , u should not have used ead to file new bro

Only thing is pakkana room lo ki theskuni veltadu at POE to do their internal verification, but it will be hassle free

form i-131 renewal lo unapudu travel chesi (me and my wife), approval otchina tarvtha(i.e. approval happens when I am in india)  can we use that approval to comeback in US? or I should wait for approval and then travel.?

once u go out of country during processing it is invalid even if approved (not confirmed but risky)
