in laws extension progress lo unappudu they left to india. .still status in progress..can they enter again to us while extension case still in progress. submitted fp in september...

Yes they can

eventually they will approve extension for 6 months even if they left the country they can enter US without any issues

@Spartan  experts bro , just curious looks like if we refile then the application gets out of SRC and goes to NBC , did you think of that ?

Next fy is there a chance of eb1 vertical so or you see eb1c not being current..? So that eb2 if not moves will stay at Sept 2013 for q1 or q2 of next fiscal?
