na application emo NBC ki transfer chesinaru, ipudu nenu refile chesina malla LIN or NBC  ekadiki potadho.. na medicals attach ayinao ledho? kaneesam interfile chesdam ante date next month eb2 lo current avtundho ledho.. this time he moved only three months unlike 6 months , hey bagwaan ae games start kakundane check mate pedthe etla?

I don’t think you can concurrently file perm, 140 and 485… you can only do 140 and 485 together… perm takes 1-2 years depending on your luck.. then you are back in the queue for the 485 approval… refiling is very expensive and no one knows whether it worked or not..

Getting a EB2 i140 seems to be a long shot for you… requires changing employers, filing a new perm and then filing a new 485… better keep the EAD and stick to the current employer… October varaku wait chesthe you will get a better picture I guess

I think he is asking people to submit Medicals when filing 485 itself.. not for people who already submitted it..

Nadi 2014 July PD.Filed downgrade in Oct2020 and got EAD.Going to interfile if PD becomes current in FAD.Medicals submitted in Oct2020

@Thokkalee ayina, before downgrade eb2 lo apply chesina perm and  i140 kuda undhi kada,  so only just i485 cheskovacha refile? using eb2 perm and i140?

Bhayya, nadhi PD July, 2014. Downgraded to EB 3 in Oct 2020 and got EAD. EB 2 I-140 tho can we file 485 in EB-2 again?

you can file an amendment to EB-2 140 to make it active again. check with your immigration attorney. You can file in premium.

Yes you can file again but that is a long process -receipts,fingerprints etc .By the time you finish these steps,dates might go back.Interfile seems to be faster

Can't do interfile as my final action is not current ga. atleast ila file chesthe we will have two petitions in EB 2 and EB 3. Also i heard from Rahul video, they are reusing biometrics from EB 3.

True even I heard the same new 485s are getting approved rather than interfiles and they are reusing biometrics from EB3. If it doesn't cost much I guess going for new 485 is better by sending medicals along with it so that it will be approved when date is current. Moreover new 485s doesn't goes to Texas center I guess which is big relief

Even better, why not move the dates for EB3 as well and approve everyone irrespective of EB2 or EB3. 

 

Idiots moved the date for EB3 but not EB2 in 2021. Everyone downgraded. 
 

Retrogressed EB3 and moving EB2 dates in 2022. Now everyone has to interfile and this whole thing is a circus.
