Hi,

My pd is in Feb 2016 and currently working as fte, I recently got a better offer for another fte role. With eb2 dates moving now I am a bit confused to take up the offer or not. New employer kuda 3 months lo start chesta anadu but I think it takes almost 1.5yr right for entire process to complete , in the mean time if filing date becomes current what am I losing as I am seeing many people are still continuing on h1 even after getting their ead, pls advice.

Please go ahead and take the offer.Very difficult for dates to reach 2016 with huge number of applicants in 2014 and 2015.One advantage with AOS is incase there is a recession and IT market is down, you can still continue staying in US until you find a job but with H1b you have to leave the country in 2months if you dont find another job

Omg my EB3 PD is only few days behind FAD after EB3 FAD retrogressed last time in Oct. Last 7 bulletins nunchi waiting for that small movement kani single day kuda move avvaledhu.
