My PD is EB2 May 2014 ,can i know to which center i need to submit my I485 ,online shows below address, but many are saying I can file at NBC ,can some one please provide clarity on this

With Form I-140

485J request sent to CA address on 2/16 and no receipt yet. I have requested a Tier 2 call 2 weeks ago to find out the status of EB2 Interfile. I am waiting for the Tier2 officer call and then submit the Congressman inquiry if needed. Thanks in advance! 

FO local to my location is processing EB applications that are filed later than our RD bro. I used the same reason to let Emma Chat Agent raise an SR for me citing out of processing times.  Some agents don't tend to do that for you. You need to keep trying a couple of agents until you find one who will raise it for you if in fact your local FO processing times are later than your RD. 

Tier 2 officer call usually 30 days lo chestharu bro. Some agents are very informative.  In your Tier 2 Call, let the agent know that you have both EB2 and EB3 I-140s and you like to be considered in EB2. Ask the agent to put a note in your file to be considered in EB2. They might say it is not possible, just try to a ask a couple of times and see if he/she can put a note for you.

@csrcsr I received 485 document through FOIA request , it doesn’t have medicals , does that means my medicals interfiled weren’t attached right ?

Emma agents are really hard to convince on the processing timelines. Is there a way to know the local FO processing timelines? Also, my case is with TSC who processing everything there and not use the local FOs like NBC. 
 

Yes, I am planning to request the Tier 2 Officer to confirm or consider my case the previous EB2 I40. Let’s see how it goes.

Don't know bro some say foia sometimes give stale, some times people say medical might have resched the filed but not entered in the system 

Even for me it's the same thing , is anything filled out in uscis section on top for me nothing just some were recieved anthe

I don' think you will get documentation like Medicals. my experience, submitted Medicals with initial application, with FOIA request I haven't received and other friends same, they didn't received as well.

If your case is still at TSC, processing times for TSC will be considered bro. If your case moved to NBC that is when processing times of local FO is considered to raise an out of processing SR.
