Bro, if your case is transferred to NBC, FO is Milwaukee and your  485 RD is NOV 05 2020, you case is already out of processing time. USCIS Milwaukee FO is currently processing EB 485s with RD FEB 14 2021. You should be able to raise an SR with out of processing time right now if you are wanting to do it. Just an FYI.

Result: Processing time for Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (I-485) at Milwaukee WI

Nadhi August 6 2013 priority date,  eb2 to eb3 downgrade.  inka date current avaledhu hopefully next month and will do interfile.

Can I open an SR even before my date is current in EB2?
