Does any one have the letter format to send to congress man for asking USCIS(interfiling) to consider in EB-2 instead of EB-3 ? not sure if the congress representative understands this I-140 jargon ? You don't need to write a letter bro. Go to your rep's webpage and there will be section called "Help with a Federal Agency". Fill in all your details and attach Receipt Notices. I put below in description along with all my info to be considered in EB2 "I have Approved I-140 in both EB2(LINXXXXXXXX) and EB3(LINXXXXXXXXX) categories. I would like to be considered under the EB2 category as my priority date is current in EB2. We have sent a letter requesting Transfer of Underlying basis to EB2 along with I-485 Supplement J to the address recommended by USCIS(U. S. Department of Homeland Security, USCIS Western Forms Center, 10 Application Way Montclair, CA 91763-1350). Request package was delivered to the stated address on 02/02/2022" 1 2 Quote
