Did this happen to any one for h1-b extension ?  they gave 1 year for h1b extension

Starting Validity Date: 05/02/2022

Ending Validity Date: 05/01/2023

(PD: May 2012

July 2021 (concurrently I -140 + I-485) to SRC Applied in EB-3 , no EAD /AP

Later dates retrogressed

Applied new I-140 in EB-2 (approved) and interfiled  in Feb 2022 - no receipt nothing till today

simply they looted $2600 for h1-b premium and gave 1 year

depends on consulates processing, my guess SO<50k so antha movement kastam for entire fy23 it can go max to 2015 jan.. its completely na guess

For me bro last year only got one year when they file extension if dates are current in final they will only give one tear
