LIN is more efficient compared to TSC. They will start soon. Texas was just doing Tuesdays for last two weeks. They seem to be busy and picked up this week.

Abd spouse medical attachment ayinattu kanapadaledu may be for her I485 they might attached it, question for @csrcsr should I request new FOIA using my spouse i485 receipt number??

btw LIN, I did Interfile for medical in sept 1st 2021.

 

I693- attached date oct 19 2021 but I took booster shot in 2nd November 2021, so I am expecting a rfe for booster shot….

@csrcsr is booster shot mandatory for medicals. I submitted only  pfizer shot 1 and 2

Hello everyone ! We just finished our 485 interview .

A month ago we requested foia for 485 and labor certification .Interviewer mentioned since we had requested for foia , it needs to be reviewed and once foia request is completed  , he can review our file for more information . Did anyone face that situation earlier ?
