Bro, naa 485j application Lewisville TX poyindi. Almost 2 weeks ayyindi poyi. When can I expect receipt number and what would be next step. Mine is simple case eb2 filing date current ayyindi. No Eb3 to Eb 2 .

Hi Friends,

I need a small suggestion, I was originally a BI (oracle Business Intelligence) developer na current employer perm file chesinapudu job requirements ani aa tool specific ga petadu to qualify for EB2 watever is needed. 3 yrs back we moved to Power Bi and we will be getting rid of OBI probably by end of 2022. Na job duties still remain the same but tool has changed. Do I need to file for amendment of I-140. I want to check if someone has a similar experience before reaching out to our attorneys. Na priority date feb 2016, so ee time lo mali amendment start cheste I think I have to wait for another 18 months before any action can be taken right?

Naku inko company offer kuda undi based on Power BI, I am in a dilemma to take the call or not because of recent  movement of dates. If I join the new company in order to port my priority date, wat are the rules, na new job duties kuda same as my prior job undala or its fine if it gets modified?

Pls suggest if anyone has similar experience.

I don't think they will check tool specific line by line overall job similarities 50% above yuntey you should be good

With definite visa wastage this year and insignificant spillover next year, 2016 ki dates move avadam chala kashtam anukunta bro.Even if they move dates ,they might not accept I485 applications.If they accept new applications into 2015 and 2016 remaining year will be spent on receipt generation only.They might want to clear backlog first.So i would suggest take your new job

na job reqs ani maa vadu like 3-4yrs in this tool ala rasadu baaga specific ga tats wat i am worried about...so if I take a new job based on diff technology wen I do my amendment I might get this corrected by making it generic..but in that case will I still retain my Priority date or the earlier application will be no more valid?

Majority interfiled based anukunta bro… some are getting GCs even without interfile request.Priority Date + Receipt Date + Interfile combination anukunovachu…. SRC is not approving 485s and transferring them to NBC. E week bane chesaru… hope they continue doing it.
