My EB3 downgrade 485 application starts with LIN2190066* For me, total cost including attorney and uscis fees will be $1400 (interfiling) vs $6650 (new filing). Given current situations with processing speed at Nebraska and visa numbers availability, is it recommended to interfile or re-file 485 with EB2 ? help @csrcsr @Spartan @TOM_BHAYYA Quote
