@csrcsr bro, Finally received the good news today about my I-495 approval. Thank you for all your suggestions which worked for me bro. But I am seeing this approval only for my case and for my spouse it is still pending showing the status as Recently trasferred to NBC. 

Priority Date: Jan 2013

EB2 to EB3 Downgrade: Nov 2020

I-140 Approval : Jan 2021

Biometrics: Jan 2021

EAD and AP approval: Feb 2021 (Valid for only 1 yr)

EAD and AP Renewal application filed in Oct 2021

EAD renewal approved only for me : Feb 2022, My AP renewal and Spouse EAD/AP renewal still pending

485 Petition transferred to NBC(Only my petition got transferred) : Feb 2022

Interfile along with Medicals : March 2022

RFE for Medicals(RFE issued only for me and not for spouse) : April 2022

I-485J receipt: May 2022

RFE response sent with medicals to Santa Ana  Field office(Sent medicals of both of us): June 1st week 2022 ( RFE deadline is July 2022). 

I-485 Approved for my case : July 22nd

Anyone here got proactive mail from USCIS without interfile request from EB3 to EB2 if you had approved i140 for both and had downgraded earlier? 

Heard a few folks are being reached out even if they changed employers and didn't file a fresh EB2. I'm in the same boat so was curious to hear from people who received such a notice.
