hi friends - naadhi PD in Jan 2014. Oct 2020 EB2 to EB3 downgrade chesanu, LIN lo vundhi EB3 I-485. EB2 refiling chesanu April lo May 1st week Receipt date vachindhi..finger prints applied. NBC ki vellindhi ( MSC series).

1) EB2 refiling vs interfiling - which one are getting more approvals these days ? 2014 vallaki approvals vasthunnaya ?

2) 2014 data vallu NBC lo approvals before september end approval chances ela vunnayi antaru ? inka EMMA, tier 2 calls emi cheyaledu..veeti valana emanna help vuntundha ? pls suggest.

Try to find out your msc series went to any field office or not bro by chatting emma or 800 number emma is little tough now a days 800 number call chesi InfoPass appointment adugu I think @Simple123 did refile if I am correct he can provide more inputs bro
