Not sure bro I raised when I was getting varied answers from tier 1  nbc sandiego, I got a generic response from San diego FO that my case is processing that helped me to narrow down what fo and sent medicals to the office , not sure it delayed any adjudication bro , if yiu figured out fo yiu can hold off as nothing much congressman can do if it's at FO in queue for adjudication beo , yiur judgement

Congressional Inquiry shouldn't delay anything bro. Congressional office will open a request directed to USCIS in an online portal. Request will be directed to the office handling your case. If your case is with an Adjudicating officer, he will answer the request. If it is sitting in a queue, office's liaison to Congress will answer the request. Answer could be as simple and  templated as "Please wait while we are pending adjudication"  but it could also be very helpful in certain cases. In my case it was helpful.

Agreed. This is clearly a good sign. Saw such cases in the past in TG. It is essentially the same status as "RFE Response Received". One more hurdle through.
