In either ways if yiu have good relationship you can still file transfer of underlying basis with old employer pakka with 485j if you have earlier eb2 with that employer

If yiu don't do 485j tub then ivaru bayya GC yiu need to very lucky the officer will auto approved to consider eb2 which happened but rare , if yiu don't do 485j he will complete the interviee and they will issue yiu a regression letter and yiu have to wait in eb3 for ever , 

If I was yiu talk to employer A and get 485j and go to interviee it will work worked for my friends

Working with new employers in 2015 bayya, employer A wanted to help me so helped with downgrade to EB3 in 2020.

If I say that I will go to the employer A who filed the GC soon or once I get GC will that be not enough ? as this is future employment based ? getting stuck in EB3 is what I was worrying about too. As I didnt file 485 J on time, I think it's my mistake and deserve to wait in EB3 only..

Btw, why do I need 485J to go to employer A ? nothing changed in their employment offer kada ?

You have high chances take 485j to the interview don't onterfile

and justify I will work for the company after gc
