Last entry I 94 mida edi unte adi anna when you travel on AP i think class of admission is DA

our company lawyer confirmed , combo card mida “serves as advance parole” ani unte chalu. No need to have I-131 approval to travel .

1st approved start with aug 2nd 2023  and ends Aug 1 2025

2nd approval emo Aug 17th 2023 to 16th  aug 2025

Any idea how soon we can apply for EAD and AP renewal? Some websites say it’s 120 days and other places it’s 180 days before expiry.

Also since I got a stand-alone AP last time, I recently applied for a stand-alone AP which is still pending. Can I still file for both AP and EAD renewal despite having a pending AP application?

You can apply 180 days before expiry . But pending unnappudu renewal apply cheyyadam gurinchi don’t know
