Mine applied on october 29th came on Jan 14th , As there was more traffic ipdu its very fast , Bio completed on April 9th inka EAD AP raledu so waiting, 140 downgrade approved in premium on April 8th, mundu apply chesinavalaki EAD AP vachestunayi in LIN and MSC , SRC lo chala delays unayi, nuvu adiginid reciept notice e naa bro ?? apply chessava i though you are GC ?

It's true that consulates have picked up the speed compared to last year. But still technically not possible to use all FB quota unless they double their historical workload. Hiring and onboarding employees for consulates will take time. So huge FB spill over will still happen. Only doubt is if some new bill is introduced and uscis capacity of processing greencards.
