Downgrades I feel 80 percent downgraded. 30 percent 50 percent antunnaru kaani, most consultancies, large corporations allowed downgrades. Without knowing that data we cant predict kadha. Also 2011 end varaku most did not downgrade. Coming 2012 and above most of them downgraded.

Downgrades can interfile and the distribution will be normalized. Be it 50% or 80%. If EB3 is clogged, eb2 will move. But both will be only 6 months apart next FY.

correct, he did not expect downgrades as well hence moved it to 2015.  After he realized with downgrades and moved back to 2014.  Even now he dont know the downgrade numbers and he may retrogate further to 2013, or even to 2012(i will not surprise)
