H4 is dependent on H1 man. as long as primary H1 is active....you can easily move between H4 and GCEAD.

In my community friend used AP and renewed H1 without an issue min 4 times. I heard that as long as you are with same employer no issues.

Right now I'm in this situation, my wife H-4 EAD expires in few months, if it is not extended then wanted to use GC EAD to continue the job but I might get current in EB2 (July 2013) and what if I interfile for EB2?

i485 Approved : Feb 17th 2022 -got cards this week. 

I765 & I 131 status :  Feb 18th 2022 “Case Closed Benefit Received By Other Means”

Same for my spouse aswell.
