Did you file by yourself? Or lawyer? If lawyer ask him to follow up. If it’s you request for Tier 2 call and ask them the 140 # associated with your case

Fragomen Lawyer did it for me. They just repeat “we don’t have any response yet.” I will ask them to follow up but not positive.

Pothadi Anna. They are not doing any work in consulates and I think they are stopping FB kaavali ane. No funds for them in DHS bill. Last year 180EB la ee year kuda same vuntadi good thing there is no EB1. Of course processing speeds are slow. Not only EB Anna shitizenship apply chesinolle 2 years nundi waiting. So Dems are doing good for EB for sure. Worst case 2 years vesko processing and forget all.
