Wait for USCIS bulletin to use of filing dates acceptance or not in EB2 to file 485 and get GC EAD.

You can apply 485 anytime but gc will be give after fad bro

@csrcsr my filing date current ayyindi. Konchem next step enti cheppara. Like do I need to let my employer know this. Can we initiate the process and if yes what can we do it. Thanks csrcsr

USCIS has to confirm that they will accept filing dates...then only you can file I-485
