If you are not working on EAD and if your PD is current in FAD you can inter file to EB2 it seems

I'm not working on ead and my PD is not current in FAD. Is there a use if i file 485 using eb2 140 and get EAD in EB2 category?

Based in USCIS guidelines PD has to be current in FAD bro

Attorney will prepare as we need 485j , we can also prepare but if company gives you 485j

Wait until the end of the year.. the dates may go back too in October, no one knows.. USCIS is very lazy and unpredictable.. 

if you start using ead, your options will be limited in the future..
