Thanks for the reply bro...so ead teskunte tats the advantage we get..but some ppl are continuing on h1b and the r ason I am hearing is if anything goes wrong with gc they will not be out of status, in that sense till I get final action date as current my gc can be in processing state with new company right, now even if filing date is current as I am not ready to move to ead.

Refiling supporters - Naadi PD Jan 2014. EB2 to EB3 downgraded in October 2020. Approved EB2 I-140 and EB3 I-140. 

Refiling cheyali anukunte next month April bulletin Date of filing dwara chesthe better or Wait till FAD becomes current ( hoping sometime in June or July ). eppudu refiling chesthe better ?
