Approved EB2 I-140 and EB3 I-140. Refiling cheyali anukunte next month April bulletin Date of filing dwara chesthe better or Wait till FAD becomes current ( hoping sometime in June or July ). eppudu refiling chesthe better ? Two I-485's valana future lo EAD and AP ki emanna problem vunde chance vunda ? @csrcsr @Spartan Pls suggest. Assuming u have not used ead better to apply now by the time fad becomes current u are good for approval rmo I think you will get new ead for new 485 ID we use it we have to continue using that 485 I believe 1 Quote
