Today our Status changed to Case transferred to another office. I really wanted to get it out of Texas. Now atleast hopes are there this year before sept I can be greened.

That is correct bro. In fact if it goes to a non local FO, it indicates your interview is waived. No need to send to your local FO unless an interview is required.

They might send an RFE for interfile if they cannot locate your EB2 I140. But moving out of SRC and then to NBC —> FO is a good news.

Biometrics EAD/AP ki and 485 ki untaya? I didnt get BM request for EAD/AP and they got approved. Now I got biometrics for 485. PD OCT 2014 lo.

my case lo they amended and downgraded to eb3...so I had to do interfile again in eb2

yeah. my friend was in same boat. but i think they can waive for ead but need bio metrics for GC
