nanu aduthe, paminchina oka week tarvtha, adugu, then follow-up every other  day or two if emma and tier 1 agent doesnt help  and request tier 2 call .

EB2 Priority Date: May 24 2013

DOWNGRADE 
EB3 Downgrade application Date to SRC: November 25 2020
Spouse application Denied with some I9 form issue reapplied went to NBC: March 25 2021
September 2021: Spouse EAD approved
Raised several SR's for biometrics, EAD and I485
Frustated a lot during this period. Contacted senator in september 2020 Got reply from senator after a month saying with in processing times from USCIS.
My case transferred to October 15 2021 to NBC
Raised concern with White House in october last moment.  They replied in January saying EB3 dates got retrogressed. Got EAD next after receiving email from White House.

INTERFILE
EB2 date became current from April 1st 2022. Attorney sent Interfile documents on April 1st. I sent interfile letter to NBC on April 7th.
No updates on my case. After seeing updates in the group recent transfer cases are getting approvals.
Daily following up with USCIS by calling them asking for where is my case. They keep saying still at NBC.
Also asked USCIS for 485J receipt no they provided me receipt no.
On April 20th again raised concern with white house. 
May 7th 2022 contacted senator again to reach out USCIS to consider my application in EB2 asking for help as USCIS didnt approved my GC in EB3.
In this process I keep calling USCIS asked if there is any update on my case saying date retrogressed. They said yes in January.
Received 485J on May 17th. Sent email to senator with 485J and wrote what agent said about retrogress. Contacted senator for every couple of days. They opened case on May 25th. 
Contacted white house on May 24th again.
Raised SR on May 27th under 485 other category to consider my 485 under Eb2. Provided 485 and 485J receipt nos. 
Today June 2nd received email card/Document production.

Hope every one gets their Green cards soon. Good Luck and thank you each and everyone who has shared their experiences and helped through out the process.
