I interfiled without I485j, but filed with new EB2 i140 (as my previous downgrade in 2020 was amendment) in March. No receipt till now, still at LIN.

Can I now try interfiling with i485J ? Not sure if it is a right move.

unless your mail was received by a very good officer …they might not honor you.
