Hope so.. not sure how to approach congressman… hearing from many people in the forums that even that is not helping for SRC…

Need some suggestion guys, my priority date is in oct 2013. In Dec 2020, applied i140 & 485 in EB3 and got the EAD & AP card. With my current employer I don't have i140EB2 to interfile and they said they won't do fresh EB2 now. Do you think I can wait in EB3 ? I'm planning to change my current employer,  What you guys suggest ? EB3 dates move(1.5 years) aye chance undantara next few months lo ?

Just try interfile with old eb2 and try ur luck I know the old one doesn't belong to ur employer but many got successful as per telegram

Ma employer ne asking for EB2(perm undi).. lawyer told if it did not work out we will file with old employer ani… But isn’t it too late to interfile now ? EB2 queue already full ayindi.. some frnds are suggesting to stay in EB3..
