there are two phases.

NSC/TSC -> will check for I-485 , 140 approval, bio metrics done and send it to NBC every week.

With regards to the scope and duration of the processing change the Service Center expects to have a standing shipment schedule to send visa available EB I-485s with approved I-140s for which biometrics have been collected and security checks have been initiated to FOD for final adjudication for FY-2022.

NBC wil check if background/security check, rfes are completed, if not will direct them to FO.

and FO will take care of RFE, Interview and approve.

if NSC/TSC says interview can be waived, NBC can approve anta.

EB cases transferred to the NBC will be relocated to field offices for final adjudication which may include an interview. There are some cases that may be final adjudicated at the NBC if the case has been interview waived and previously reviewed for eligibility.

Customer support multiple times told

Idi tappu aithe naaku teliyadu

But for official notice only came that it's transferred to National Benfit center , internally all field offices report to national benefit cneter usually those status arrangements nit reflected now a days

I tried multiple times and EMMA chat tier 1 did not provide which FO or service center. The response is we cannot share the details as they are internal.
