As of now all the files at USCIS are FAD current bro there is diff of filing and final date as of now , in bulletin u might see diff but those files are not yet there every single 485 file is approvable assuming their 140 is approved

I strongly believe the dates would either retrogress slightly or remain the same in Oct bulletin. I dont seem to understand how the numbers would add up for dates to advance!! Expecting a 60-70k spillover means the inventory is still at large. Pending inventory numbers inko 250k pettukovalani uscis ki vunte they will advance, but those filed will not get gc for sure!!

I posted the same last week....50-50 chance of getting gc before Sep. I dont how ppl from 2016 dates started celebrating!
