nothing new man. by miracle if they issue all spillover ...dates might regress in sept but very unlikely.

next year ki they think Eb2 india dates will remain the same and might move forward depending on demand from other countries. already file chesinollaki chance undi even after sept.

So will they allocate the spillover from first quarter next year or we have to wait till last quarter??

i think they feel no need to retrogress . so they should apply in 1st quarter itself.  i think they will move filing dates back and keep FAD same.

eb2 india okkati can’t guarantee of advancement, it will depend on row demand. All other categories are either current or will advance. End of august will give clear picture annadu. This is what I understood.

Initial ga aithe pakka cheyyam, aa tarvata demand ni batti untadi annadu. Inka 100k visas issue cheyyali last quarter lo. Andule if eb2/3i gets 80k, then pending inventory will be less. 
 

chinese charts lo only lin and src transferred and approved cases are counting 900 to 100 everyday, majority of which are eb2 interfile cases(90%). 
 

if my hunch is right, last quarter ROW allocation will be less and majority will be eb2 interfile approvals. Transfer ayyi kuda approve kaani pending inventory ekkuva unte September end ki, dof ni kuda move cheyyadu since there is an impending retrogression in the later part of the year.

The only good news I see is cases filed in 2020 left for transfer in LIN and SC Lb are 8k and 6k only. So most of 2020 filers will be transferred to NBC by end of August.
