i may get a tier2 call in 1-2 days, reason i opened is to know whethere my aos case is being processed under eb2 or eb3 category.

Adugu bro why it did nit transferred to FO yet but you were saying the sr ends with WSJ correct? He might gave exact info what is happening yiu ask why is the delay please create wkd ticket for me some officers are useless bro

onpt SR receipt ended with WAS but interestingly today i got generic email response from Las Vegas field office. emma and call agents are saying my case is still at NBC. full confusion. hopefully aa tier2 call cheyali. atleast koncham clarity vastundi.

yeah that response is for my onpt SR and the email started with Las Vegas field office address. That’s where emma agent said my wife’s case is at. So, i am hoping my case is there too but emma or tier1 couldn’t see my case moved to FO.

I opened a request with Senator but still no reply from him either.

If your SR is answered by LV FO, your case is with them. No question about that. Hopefully you will hear from them soon.
