not going with 2 I140's..still waiting to apply one I140 in PP. next 2 bulletins wait chesi EB3 move ayithe file it in EB3 first else Eb2 by default.. Lawyer is not recommending both together, we can apply legally both but when asked about Risk, she couldn't say for sure also deferring to me..nene konchem think chesthunna.. but one good news is my PERM supports both so if I file eb3 now later I can use same PERM for eb2..that i confirmed..so if required I can use same PERM for upgrade.. 

So either Aug or Oct ki planning to file AOS..

 

Cool eb3 or eb2 sure shot reach avutadi bro nee date good luck next year early kalla green card e untadi, also have a feeling if you are lucky July or August bulletin varaki final dates in eb3 for your date might be current and you can file early concurrently everything need nit wait for filing dates to. E open so that yiu need send yiur application in busy times in october your reciept, bio etc will be way way faster

hoping for that. Also bio will be faster soon..USCIS extended hours of operations and recent h4 L2 bio cancellations..

medicals RFE is big hurdle. last quarter lo iddam anukunna , i feel 80% will get rfe for medicals.

Hey quick question, my pd is nov2011 as well. Applied downgrade to eb3, got the bio doc few days back. While downgrade I sent the medicals as well.

after bio, does it make sense to file for premium on 140? If the dates are current on FAD, does it automatically trigger for 140 approval? My lawyer initially suggested to wait for application to be received and then go for premium, now looks like she is little reluctant in doing so. I can insist them for PP if required

If your employer is paying, then you can apply for premium. If you are paying from your pocket, if you are not planning to move out, if you dont have kids aging issue, then you can wait.

You should do premium bro in next two to 3 bulletins your FAD will be current no second thought , just to know if there are any bokkalu with our application,  also remember you might have initial denial only premium part of it and re apply after 30 days go for the premium,  unless you have kids aging

My wife EAD and AP are approved today..hoping i get mine soon as well after my biometric on this coming friday..she had to raise ER last week..she attend biometric on 04/23..

which center bro and what is your RD. My wife H4 EAD  will Expire on July 31. Should I wait or I can raise ER now. Mine is Oct 28 and finger prints were done on Apr 8

Thanks for the response, if the eb2 fad dates move to and mine becomes current I have active 140 right? My eb2 140 is active, when my employer downgrading does that become inactive?

We put huamnitarian cateogry as we have 4 family members impacted by covid and also need to travel and takr care of family in case of emergenecy..they did noy request documents but we had medical reports and hospitalization ready in case if they asked..i still suggest do ER only if needed..
