Bro, attorney  told no need of NABC. Just affidavits , school records are enough.

Waiting for attorney  to confirm that they sent the response to rfe.

Not True bro. Your attorney may be wrong. You MUST need a non-availability certificate from govt. agency along with affidavits or secondary school records (like SSC or CBSE 10th class memo). See link below:

Look in Birth certificates section. They clearly state this requirement.

I do have a birth certificate and it is late registered. Since it’s late registered they want additional documentation.
