What is this EB2 FAPD means ? as per their website they say eb2 FAD by oct 22 can be 15th Aug '13 but here the picture says it can Jul 14. Am i missing something here ?

general question. now lot of folks doing jobs remotely kada with H1 amended. Let say they had applied 485 in employer location in one state. if they moved to different state doing work remotely for same employer and same job, do they need to be present in employer location while PD is become current for 485 adjudication?
