yeah. but then ppl wont stop trying to renew it every year on time. so work load keeps humming.

also without AP approved..ppl cant even travel till it is renewed. too many headaches to move from h1 to ead.

@csrcsr @Spartan bro.any advice on properly filing EB3 I140 premium processing first time to avoid rejection?LIN centre.My company agreed to pay all the fees including attorney fees.They might not pay attorney fee second time

only issue with EAD/AP is no PP  and can't travel while it is in process and the process can take 6-12 months.. e process time lo adaina emergency unte india lo inka assame status..h1 aithe stamping ki povachu alane premium lo mostly 10 days lo update vasthundi...
