@csrcsr uncle...  if ead/ap expires and india pothe...AOS abandoned avthunda? konni years tharvatha vachi can we still utilize supplement j?  do they keep checking if people are in US?

If EAD/AP expires and India na? Which status do you return after few years? EAD approval notice letter clearly states AOS won’t be affected with EAD.

It won’t abandon unless you request to revoke but when they actually adjust and ask for interview to show W2 it may be an issue but they say it’s a future employment so there maybe a chance to argue the case but it is complex. You have to find out with Attorney. It maybe doable with some risks emo.

It wont. It worked for one of my friends teammate. India poyi malli came back.  Emi check seyyakunda approved.  So was lucky.
