He kind of gave heads up on what is coming next given things stay as-is (USCIS says they doing something but not really doing anything) he expect dates won't move immediately but it will start to move in Jan 2022. I will question in all possible levels how will they accommodate current pending petitions while moving dates because the pending inventory will eat up next year SO so it hurts more new dates from being current.

It depends vuncle. US lo land aithe USCIS otherwise Charlie thatha account lo padathadi. Already consulate visas ki Inteviews lepeyyataniki draft ready aithundi huge backlog valla. We don't know veellu US la land ayyara or other countries US consulates la visa  theeskoni ravvala ani.

Plan is to fly them into US army bases inside US and then start uscis paper work. They will stay inside army base till their back ground checks are done and are given some valid status.
