Downgrade is nothing but you will file for 140 which obviously have PD.

I don’t have my i140 approval notice from my previous employer. Currently with A- xxx number assuming that is my PD. Any idea where can we get exact PD.

This seems very nice but these things never happen to us. It took literally 6 day to get RFE in hand and attorney took 3 days to mail and mail took 2 days. Overall just to get and mail it back it took me exactly 12 days round trip. 

naaku 10 days ki kaani raale physical copy of RFE. she claims, soon after her online status got updated, she started the medicals process.
