Steps emi levu man, just attach 485 receipt and create a cover letter with your A Number and Receipt number and say you are submitting medicals and include Medical sealed copy. Telegram lo kuppalu unnayi sample letters.

Every year last quarter lo ekkuva approvals vuntayee. So probable that they apply major portion of ROW and EB1 spill over in last quarter. Otherwise I don't know how they will be able to estimate ROW and EB1 demand for that year while year is still active.

So only hope is we get spill over from last year. With or without proposed bill , this year or next year spill over will be saved right ( even though SO number might be less if bill is passed and bill text is not changed to favor FB both the years ) So situation might not be that bad for people who already applied.

Naaku telisi they process vertical SO first. So 3k badulu 6k for each EB. Then Eb1 to Eb2 SO, then ROW SO. Since Row SO is a big puzzle to solve, they wait until last quarter to process it. 

EB1 cases takkuva unte almost 70k SO can go to EB2 since the beginning of FY. Remaining SO from EB2 ROW to EB2I is going to trickle slowly. Likewise for EB3.
